1.Yesterday we had a houseful of  children for my son's sixth birthday party. In the middle of the party the phone rang, so I had to leave the children alone for a minute. When I came back into the room , most of the children still were playing together nicely. Only Annie had taken Bobby's car and now didn't want to give it back to him. I quickly ran over because they might harm each other.

2.-Hi. Where are you going in such a hurry?

-I have to post a letter and after that I must get something to eat before my driving lessons. I am starving.

-I did not know you were learning to drive. How is it going? 

-Fine.
